I collect personal information at the outset such as your name, contact details and email address. I require this to provide you with a timely service and to contact you in relation to a query you have submitted.

I may ask you to provide certain other personal identifying information when we begin working together. I require this information to understand your needs, and to support you in an ethical and safe way, according to the BACP guidelines.

 

In order to prevent non-authorised access to my client's data, I have put in place physical and electronic safeguards. I will not sell, lease or distribute your personal data to any third parties without your consent, unless I am required by law or regulation to do so.
