About me

I am an adult integrative therapist, which means I trained in all the main schools of psychotherapy (humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment- based psychotherapy) but tailor my approach to each client.

I believe that therapy works best where there is a trusting relationship between client and therapist. I am focused on ensuring that you feel heard and understood, so that you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences. Adapting my approach to suit each client's needs, allows me to do this most effectively.

I trained at the Minster Centre, one of Europe's and the UK's leading training institutions for Counselling and Psychotherapy, accredited by the BACP.

Outside of my private practice, I currently work with clients at Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Dance and Music, and in a perinatal mental health service with pregnant women and new parents. Prior to this, I worked for Lambeth and Southwark Mind, supporting clients with difficult life circumstances and complex trauma.

Before training as a therapist, I worked for 15 years in HR within financial services, large corporate organisations and charities, regularly coaching and counselling employees and senior executives.

These experiences have greatly supported my therapeutic work, and have enhanced my passion for helping others find emotional stability and fulfilment.

I am committed to non-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practices, and welcome clients of all intersectional identities, gender, sexuality and cultural background.

“In our darkest moments…

what we yearn for is simply human connection—a quiet presence…

small gestures are the anchors that hold us steady when life feels like too much.”
