About me
I am an adult integrative therapist, which means I trained in all the main schools of psychotherapy (humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment- based psychotherapy) but tailor my approach to each client.

I believe that therapy works best where there is a trusting relationship between client and therapist. I am focused on ensuring that you feel heard and understood, so that you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences. Adapting my approach to suit each client's needs, allows me to do this most effectively.
I trained at the Minster Centre, one of Europe's and the UK's leading training institutions for Counselling and Psychotherapy, accredited by the BACP.

Outside of my private practice, I have worked with a diverse range of clients; adults with complex trauma for Southwark and Lambeth Mind, new parents and pregnant women within a perinatal service, corporate clients suffering from burnout and stress, and also with young people - most recently for Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Dance and Music, and South Thames College Group.

Before training as a therapist, I worked for 15 years in HR within large corporate organisations and financial institutions, coaching and counselling employees up to Board level, which has greatly supported my therapeutic work.
I also currently deliver mental health coaching / workshops to parent groups at Universal Music Group (UMG) in London.

I am committed to non-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practices, and welcome clients of all intersectional identities, gender, sexuality and cultural background.

“In our darkest moments…
what we yearn for is simply human connection—a quiet presence…
small gestures are the anchors that hold us steady when life feels like too much.”
